Adi Keinan

Adi Keinan, CPA, serves as Chief Finance Officer at Sygnia. Keinan brings over 20 years of experience leading finance, operations, HR, and corporate functions within fast-growing global technology companies.

As a strategic financial leader, she has successfully navigated and managed complex financial & operational environments, in fast-growing companies.

Before joining Sygnia, Keinan served as CFO at Panaya (an Infosys company), Dip-tech (acquired by Ferro), and Polytex Technologies, where she managed and led both organic and inorganic growth. Prior to that, she held finance positions at Alma Lasers (acquired by Fosun Pharma, listed as “Sisram Medical” at HKSE) and held finance positions at Amdocs and Deloitte.

Keinan holds a B.A. in Economics & Accounting from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (cum laude) and an MBA in Business Management from Tel-Aviv University.
